脉冲充电提高铅蓄电池充电效率的研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对目前铅蓄电池充电方法不当而大大缩短电池使用寿命这一情况,采用三电极体系模拟小容量铅蓄电池。电化学测试系统代替充电器对电极体系的充电过程作了大量的试验研究,通过比较几种充电模式的充电效率,证实脉冲充电方法是一种低析气量、高效率的充电模式。重点考察了脉冲充放电时间比以及脉冲放电电流对充电效率的影响,得到了最佳脉冲参数并探讨了脉冲充电可以提高充电效率的机理。 Inappropriate choice of charging method is easy to lead to either overcharge or undercharge,and also shorten the service life of lead-acid battery.Under this situation and compared with the charge efficiency of different charge methods and charge conditions,we finally confirmed that pulse charging method was a low-gassing and high efficient charge mode and can get the best pulse charge factors.In addition,the paper paid particular emphasis on exploring mechanism of how pulse charging method to improve charge efficiency.
