摘要
应用波动理论摸索一套适用于混凝土预应力管桩沉桩施工的监控方法以实现高质量的沉桩施工。沉桩施工监控包括在施工前的数值模拟计算,施工中的实时监控并以实测数据为基础修正数值计算模型,及下达调整跳高或停锤施工指令,由此组成了一套半闭环施工监控系统。在近海超长桩沉桩施工中的应用结果表明,通过沉桩施工监控可以有效避免桩身因锤击施工造成破坏,同时保证了桩基的极限承载力,提高沉桩施工质量。
The article tries to grope for a set of pile-sinking construction monitoring and control method or the prestressed high strength concrete tubular piles based on the wave theory to realize high quality construction.The pile-sinking construction monitoring and control system includes the simulation before the construction,real time monitoring during the construction,revision of the digital model and sending of the construction or ending instruction according to the monitoring data,which builds up a set of half-closed loop control system.The application consequence of super-long pile-sinking construction offshore shows that the construction monitoring and control can avoid preening damage at pile body by the hammer,and guarantee the piles' ultimate bearing capacity,so as to improve the pile-sinking construction quality.
