摘要
在人工模拟汗液条件下采用紫外分光光度法测定了纺织品中可萃取重金属镉的含量。研究了人工模拟汗液条件下超声萃取时间及显色反应的最佳条件。测定结果与标准方法进行了比较,结果表明该法测定结果准确,简便易行,可大大缩短测定的时间。
The cadmium content extracted from the cotton could be determined based on the spectrophotometry in artificial simulation sweat conditions.The best extraction time and the condition of the color reactions were investigated.Compared the results' with standards,it turn out that the new technology is more accurate,easy-handing and timesaving.
