摘要
海洋产业结构变动是影响海洋经济增长的重要因素。以辽宁省为例,运用多部门经济模型和基于统计角度的GDP产业结构贡献度测算方法,分析了1997—2007年海洋产业结构变动对海洋经济增长的贡献,并进行了偏离—份额分析,揭示了海洋产业结构变动对海洋经济增长的影响,提出了对策,为优化海洋产业结构提供科学依据。
Ocean industrial structure was an important factor that influenced the ocean economic growth.Using the model of multiple industries and the calculation method which was based on contribution degree of industrial structure,this paper,through the case study of Liaoning Province,analyzed the contribution of ocean industrial structure change to ocean economic growth from 1997 to 2007 and made a shift-share analysis.This paper didnot only reveal how ocean industrial structure could affect the ocean economic development,but also provid the countermeasures for its optimization and upgrad which were significant for ocean economy healthy and sustainable development in Liaoning Province.
