摘要
该文以Wonderware公司的IDE软件作为数据交换的平台,实现不同DCS站之间的数据交换,达到DCS控制系统中的无缝链接。文中详细介绍了用FSGateway采集DCS系统中的数据,在IDE中对工厂对象建立模型,利用实例进行赋值,将数据送至显示层Intouch和InSQL,把不同的DCS连接起来,形成了一个网络,把所有的DCS数据送到调度室和各个DCS站显示,最终消除由于使用多套DCS系统形成的自动化"孤岛"问题。
