摘要
通过对城市再生语境下西方文化街区的理论与实践的梳理分析,厘清文化街区的基本概念,解读文化街区的基本特征,剖析文化街区建设的精神要义和管理模式。在此基础上将中西方两个典型文化街区进行比较分析,揭示西方文化街区的理论与实践对于我国的借鉴意义,以期改变我国文化园区的定位不清与管理错位等现象,并推动我国文化园区的合理定位与科学发展。
Under the circumstance of urban regeneration, this thesis discribes the basic definition, analyses the characteristics, and especially dissects the genesis and model of cultural quarter based on the experience of western country. Finally the thesis compares two typical examples, by all these efforts the thesis want to illuminate the inspiration of western cultural quarter, transforms the malposition phenomenon of cultural district management, and gives an impetus to the proper location and scientific development.
