邯钢3500mm热轧板坯加热工艺仿真与应用研究

摘要 在瞬态非线性热分析理论基础上,采用有限元方法,研究了中厚板坯加热过程中全时域内温度场变化规律。针对实际生产加热工艺,建立了邯钢中板厂3 500mm轧机板坯加热过程分析模型,考虑了导热系数、比热变化对加热的影响,仿真了中厚板坯的加热过程,得出加热炉温度与加热速度对板坯加热质量的影响规律,优化了板坯加热工艺,降低了能源消耗。 Based on instantaneous-state nonlinear thermal analysis theory,the change law of temperature field from the beginning to the end of heating process of medium and heavy slab is studied with finite element method.According to the actual production process,the analysis model for slab heating process of 3500 mm rolling mill is constructed;the medium and heavy slab heating process is simulated referring to the effect of thermal conductivity and change of specific heat;the affecting law of heating furnace temperature and heating speed on heating quality is concluded,slab heating process optimized,energy consumption reduced.
