摘要
要在干除灰的燃煤电厂实现真正的废水零排放,需要通过蒸发结晶工艺对末端废水进行处理。脱硫废水由于成分复杂、水质极差,成为末端废水蒸发结晶处理的难点。根据脱硫废水水质特点和蒸发结晶工艺进水水质要求,设计了两级化学沉淀预处理工艺。试验表明,一级化学沉淀中投加Ca(OH)2控制合适的pH值范围,二级化学沉淀中投加Na2CO3,以及在两级化学沉淀中均投加FeCl3、聚丙烯酰胺,可以确保出水中Ca2+、Mg2+、SO42-、硅含量达到蒸发结晶工艺进水水质要求。
The terminal waste-water should be pretreated using evaporation crystallization technology in a zero-liquid discharge coal-fired power plant with a dry ash removal system.Because of the complexity of composition and the worst quality of waste-water from flue gas desulphurization(FGD) system,it is very hard to pretreat the FGD waste-water using the evaporation crystallization technology.Based on the quality features of FGD waste-water and the requirements of intaking water quality for evaporation crystallization,a two-stage chemcial sedimentation technology has been designed for treatmetn of the FGD waste-water.Study shows that the adding of Ca(OH)2 into the first stage chemical sedimentation to maintain the pH value in an approciate range,and the adding of Na2CO3 into the second stage chemical sedimentation,as well as the adding of FeCl3 and polyarylamide(PAM) into both stages,can make the Ca2+,Mg2+,SO2-4,and Si content in the effluent water to reach the requirement of intaking water quality for the evaporation crystallization technology.
