摘要
在对灰树花的生长及培养基优化的基础上,对粘度与灰树花多糖浓度、pH及装液量、转速、接种量三者的交互作用进行研究。同时从发酵动力学角度分析这一过程,初步建立动力学模型,为灰树花进一步深层培养放大奠定理论基础。
This essay does a study of the mutual effects of viscosity,polysaccharide concentration of grifola frondosa,pH,liquid volume,rotate speed and bacterialload on the basis of the growth of grifola frondosa and the perfection of nutrient media.At the same time,it analyses the process from the angel of fermentation dynamics,a dynamical model is built preliminarily,and this lays a theoretical foundation for the further submerged cultivation.
