摘要
目的:了解护士护患沟通认知现状,探索进一步提高护患沟通认知水平的有效途径,从而提高护士交流沟通能力。方法:采用自行设计护患沟通认知现状调查表,对193名护士进行问卷调查。结果:护士对沟通概念、目的意义、技巧及沟通内容掌握良好率达73.31%,与2005年该院护患沟通认知程度比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:通过近几年对护士沟通知识、技巧的学习与培训,护士对护患沟通认知程度明显提高,但尚需进一步加强护理人员护理伦理学、心理学、人文关怀培养教育及对低年资护士沟通知识的培训。
Objective:To investigate the cognitive status of nurse-patient communication,to explore the effective ways to further enhance the nurse-patient communication and cognitive level,enhance the ability of nurses to communicate.Methods:193 nurses were investigated by self-designed"investigation of nurse-patient communication and cognition questionnaire".Results:Nurses master the contents of the communicate concept,purpose,meaning,and communication skills to a good rate of 73.31%,compare with the awareness level of nurse-patient communication and cognition in 2005 were significantly different(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Through learning and training the knowledge,skills of communication in recent years,nurse-patient awareness of the markedly improved,but still need to further strengthen the nursing care and ethics,psychology,human care and communicate with nurses in the low years of knowledge of training.
