摘要 分析了雷电波入侵电解铝槽控机及控制系统的途径,根据雷电波的特点,在电源及通信装置前加装防雷装置,同时对电源线及通信电缆进行屏蔽接地,减少感应电压对电源线的耦合干扰,从而降低雷电波对槽控机的危害,提高工艺控制的可靠性。 The way of lightning invasion of pot controller and controlling system was analyzed. According to the features of lightning, the lightning protection device was added at the front of power source and communicator. At the same time, the power line and communication cable were screened and grounded. The coupled interference of induced voltage on power line was reduced. Thereby the hazards of lightning on the pot controller of cells were reduced, and the reliability of control was enhanced.
