摘要
根据弧齿锥齿轮加工机床的实际切齿过程,采用MATLAB软件编程采集齿面点信息,利用三维软件CATIA强大的曲面造型功能,构造出一副具有NURBS曲面的齿面,然后生成弧齿锥齿轮的三维模型,并在虚拟环境下进行装配,为后续进行的运动学分析及有限元分析提供了基础。
Based on the actual cutting and adjusting process of Gleason spiral bevel gears,a mathematical model of spiral bevel gears was developed.Machine-tool settings and machine constants were calculated,and tooth surface information points were also obtained by MATLAB programs.Thus 3D model containing NURBS surface for spiral bevel gears was established by making using CATIA's powerful 3D surface modeling capabilities,and the big gear and small gear of spiral bevel gears were assembled in a virtual environment.This provides the basis for subsequent kinematic analysis and finite element analysis.
