摘要
为进一步把握雷达兵中级指挥军官培养规律,提高雷达兵中级指挥军官培养质量.针对当前雷达兵中级指挥军官培养中存在的培训机制不健全、课程设置不合理、培养手段落后等不足,提出建立"适应联合空情预警课程"、"增加实践课程"和"构建综合课程"的课程体系;完善培训考评机制、提高教员教学能力、强化人才信息素质和心理素质培养等建议.
Directed at the current training mechanism being defective,the course offering unreasonable and the means of training backward,the establishment of the course system,such as adapted joint air intelligence early warning course,enhancement of practice course and construction of integrated course were proposed,and it was also suggested to perfect the mechanism of training and check and evaluation,raise the teaching capability,strengthen the quality of talents information and psychological quality training,in order to take the reins of the laws of training radar troops intermediate commander officers,and raise the quality of training them.
