摘要
本文从历史的角度，说明地缘战略是大国实施其全球战略的重要手段。在此基础上指出，冷战后，国际政治格局发生了很大的变化，地缘政治斗争逐渐让位于地缘经济斗争。东亚虽然发生了严重的经济危机，而东亚奇迹确是不可争辩的事实。所以，从长远来看，东亚地区仍将是美、日、欧等大国地缘政治经济斗争的焦点地区。各大国纷纷提出了自己的东亚地缘战略，特别是美日的东亚地缘战略，其目的在于主宰东亚地区的经济发展，最终实现其控制全球的战略目标。为了制衡美日的地缘战略，唯一正确的选择就是根据东亚地区的实际，加强东亚地区的经济合作，特别是发展中国家之间的经济合作。
The article expounds the relation between the geographical strategy and the global strategy from the angle of history. Then points out geographical strategy is the important way for the big countries to implement their global strategy. After that, it elaborates the political pattern of the world has changed after the cold war. The fight by the way of geographical politic gives the place to way of geographical economy. East Asia will be the focus point where the big countries fight in the area of geographical politic and economy, because the East Asia develops very quickly. Every large country has puts forward its geographical strategy in East Asia. In order to ballance the geographical targets of American and Japan, the only right choose is to enforce the coopetation of economy according to the truth of East Asia, especially the cooperation between the developing countries. The purpose of this is to form the organization of East Asia in economic cooperation.
