摘要
社会转型期,沟通在政府管理网络舆论危机中能有效促进危机预警,保障危机信息的提供,有利于政府科学决策,有利于重塑政府形象。实践中,由于传统的单方管理理念导致了政府沟通意识欠缺,同时,沟通的常设机构不到位妨碍了危机处置权威的形成。因此,要实现政府在网络舆论危机中的有效沟通,必须尽快完善相关的法律法规,切实提高政府管理网络舆论危机的沟通技能,注重培植网络舆论危机沟通的中介力量,不断创造网络舆论危机沟通的良好环境。
Communication plays an important part in effectively promoting early warning of crises and in providing information about crises timely, which helps the government control Internet public opinions crises, thus it benefits the government making scientific decisions and recreating the government＇s character. But at present, the government lacks awareness of communication because the traditional idea of one-sided control dominates government officials＇ minds. Meanwhile, it hampers the formation of government＇s authority to handle crises that the standing body of communication is out of place. Therefore, it is necessary to draw up relevant laws and rules, cultivate intermediales for communication, and create a sound environment for communication.
