摘要
《劳动合同法》是调整我国劳动关系的一部重要法律,其颁布实施对规范用人单位用工行为、维护劳动者合法权益、构建和谐稳定的劳动关系等,提供了有力的法律保障。但实践中,用人单位规避和违反《劳动合同法》、不签订劳动合同的问题仍然比较突出。因此,必须加强宣传教育,营造贯彻落实《劳动合同法》的良好氛围;深入调查研究,尽快制定和完善相关配套政策;加强监督检查,保障《劳动合同法》的贯彻落实。
The "law on employment contracts" is an important law to regulate employment relations. It provides a strong legal guarantee for standardizing employment behaviour of employing units, safeguarding labourers' legitimate rights and interests, and forming a harmonious and stable employment relationship. But in practice, there are prominent problems that employing units often evade or commit a breach of contracts. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen propaganda and education so as to create a sound atmosphere for emforcing the law, carry on deep investigations and formulate and improve relevant supporting policies as soon as possible, and strengthen oversight and check so as to ensure that the law is enforced.
