摘要
针对现代雷达发射机测试项目繁多的问题,文中对利用自动化测试技术来提高测试效率进行了研究。首先对自动化测试与手工测试进行了对比,表明自动化测试系统具有自动控制、自动测试等明显的优势。然后对自动化测试系统的组成,常用的总线,以及目前开发自动化测试软件常用的软件平台以及软件标准做了介绍。最后结合发射机测试需求,介绍了某型雷达发射机自动化测试系统,实现了对发射机的自动化测试。
With regard to the plentiful test of modern radar transmitter. To improve the efficient of automatic test technology is researched in this paper. First, the automatic test which compared with the manual test has advantage in automatic control. Then, the structure of automatic test system, the familiar bus, the software standard and the development environment of automatic test software is introduced. In the end, the automatic test system for a radar transmitter is introduced on the basis of transmitter demands. The system can test radar transmitter automatically. It heightens the metrical efficiency and advance the application of automatic test technology in radar.
