摘要
某低品位铌、钽多金属矿中伴生组分锂含量(Li2O)为0.39%,已达工业回收品位。工艺特性研究表明,矿石中锂的赋存状态复杂,其中仅有43.54%的锂以锂辉石形式存在,其次以透锂长石及锂云母等形式存在,透锂长石与其他长石相似的可浮性,使得大部分透锂长石基本进入尾矿,而回收锂云母的同时白云母及黑云母也进入锂精矿,大大降低锂精矿的品位,表明矿石中的锂较为难选。
The content of lithium(LifO)in a Ta-Nb polymetallic ore is 0. 39% , so the lithium can be considered to be utilized comprehensively. While the processing mineralogy on the ore shows that it is complex about Li dissemination. There are only 43.54% Li in the spodumene, other Li in lepidolite and mica. It is difficult to separate petalite and other fledspar by floating now, so this part of petalite would enter into tailing. Further a large of mica that does not containing Li will enter the Li concentrate and debase its grade. So it is difficult to utilize Li in the ore.
