摘要
调查了上海市大莲湖及其周边河道的浮游藻类的种类组成和群落结构,并结合TN.TP、DO等水环境因子,对大莲湖水域水体的水环境质量进行了评价。同时,对浮游藻类与水环境因子之间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:大莲湖水域共检出浮游藻类7门62种,且优势种种类数较多,在8~16种之间;浮游藻类指示种和水质理化参数评价结果基本一致,大莲湖水域水质处于轻污染至中污染之间;浮游藻类与水环境因子之间关系密切,浮游藻类指标与TN、TP均呈显著负相关,与DO呈显著正相关,与pH值呈极显著正相关。
To evaluate the quality of Dalian Lake waters in Shanghai, the species and community structure of phytoplankton as well as aquatic factors such as total nitrogen, total phosphorus, DO, and etc. were investigated in August 2009. Results have shown that 62 species in 7 phyla of phytoplankton were detected in samples from Dalian Lake waters, and its dominant species could be counted up to 8-16 ones. The evaluation based on phytoplankton indicator species indicated that the Dalian Lake water quality were in the degree between slight and moderate pollution, basically consistent with that evaluated by water physicochemical parameters. The status of phytoplankton was closely related to the water environmental factors, i.e., the phytoplankton indices were significantly negatively correlated with total nitrogen and total phosphorus, whilst significantly positively correlated with DO, and very significantly positively correlated with pH values.
