摘要
2004年国家实施海域使用现状调查,调查过程中发现辽宁省海域使用现状图存在3种坐标系统,坐标系统不统一为数据建库和管理带来不便。为了满足海域使用现状图件集成的需要,研究了北京54、西安80与WGS-84三种坐标系的转换模型,选择一种有效的坐标系统转换模型,并编制了辽宁省海岸带北京54、西安80与WGS-84坐标转换软件。通过实际测量数据对模型和软件进行了验证,结果表明能满足1∶1万制图精度要求,系统运行可靠、操作方便。
The survey carried out in 2004 for geographical coordinate systems suggested that there were three coordinate systems in use for offshore mapping in Liaoning province,that has caused a lot of inconveniencies in building and managing a database.In order to meet the need of the integration of the 'Marine Utilization Map'(MUM),we compared the specific characteristics and transforming models of the 3 coordinate systems i.e.Beijing 54,Xi′an 80 and WGS-84.A more effective model for coordinate transformation was developed,together with a software called Beijing 54,Xi′an 80 and WGS-84 coordinate conversion software.The practice in the coastal area of Liaoning province suggests that measured data are quite fit with the results provided by the new soltware.It means that the accuracy of the data transformed through the solfware is good enough for 1∶10,000 offshore mapping.
