摘要
鄱阳湖生态水利枢纽工程是建设鄱阳湖生态经济区的核心工程、关键工程、头号工程。当前,关于建设鄱阳湖生态水利枢纽工程仍存在一定争议,且正在进一步的研究和论证之中。作者认为,建设鄱阳湖生态水利枢纽工程"问题"由来已久。建设鄱阳湖生态水利枢纽工程有利、有弊,且利大于弊。对于其存在的"弊",应积极研究,主动应对,做到"防范于未然",只有这样,才能将鄱阳湖生态水利枢纽工程建设成为一项功在当代、利在千秋的德政工程、民心工程、战略工程。
The Poyang Lake ecological hydro-junction project is the core project in the construction of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone.Presently,the construction of the Poyang Lake ecological hydro-junction project is still in debates and under further investigations and demonstration.The author believes that the problem of the construction is longstanding.As the advantages outweigh the disadvantages,we should study the disadvantages and take preventive measures to make the Poyang Lake ecological hydro-junction project a benevolent,moral and strategic project with the merit in contemporary age and the advantage in the century.
