摘要
门诊统筹体现了社会保险互助共济要求,有利于提升制度的公平性和吸引力,有利于调节医疗服务,有利于发挥社会保险的集团购买优势和第三方监管作用,减少医疗浪费。但是,门诊统筹对医疗保险管理提出了很高的要求,需要建立一个科学严谨的管理体系。
Establishing outpatient co-ordinate reflects the requirements of social mutual aid, enhances the fairness and attractive of the medical insurance system, helps to regulate medical service, takes advantage of the group purchase of social insurance and third party monitoring role in reducing medical waste. However, the outpatient co-ordinate is complicated, needs to establish a scientific management system.
