摘要
本文总结了月坛社区卫生服务中心管理慢性非传染性疾病的工作流程和管理规范,通过综合性、可及性、规范化的服务,坚持预防为主的原则,可有效控制慢性非传染性疾病,减少并发症的发生,从根本上控制医疗费用的过快增长。
This paper summarizes the workflow and standard of the management of chronic non- communicable diseases in Yuetan community health service center, suggesting that through the comprehensive, accessible, standardized services and adhere to the principle of prevention, we can control the chronic non- communicable diseases effectively, and reduce the occurrence of the complications, and fundamentally control the excessive growth of the medical expenses.
