摘要
城市化的快速推进,致使城市容纳能力后天发育相对不足,从而对城市的整体安全形成潜在的威胁。对于城市社会风险的治理与防范,需建立起双向沟通的互动合作风险治理模式,在政府、企业、社区、非营利组织之间构筑起共同治理风险的整体性治理机制。
The rapid advancement in citifying makes the contain ability of the city relatively deficient,thereby it causes potential threat to the city＇s overall security.As for the treatment and prevention of the social risk in the city,it needs to build an interactive and cooperative risk treatment mode for bilateral communication,and create a whole treatment mechanism within the government 、enterprise 、community and non-profit organization for commonly treating the risks.
