摘要
企业知识活动过程中伴随着知识网络演化,对知识网络演化的分析有助于认识企业知识活动。运用推理演绎、理论分析并结合实例,在分析知识网络结构及其演化模式的基础上,对知识网络演化的结构洞、非均衡性和连接强弱性等影响因素进行研究,将网络中的知识演化分为选择、遗传、变异3个循环阶段,并分析知识网络演化的路径依赖与知识活动,进而提出促进知识网络演化的措施。
The process of knowledge activities in business enterprises is accompanied by the evolution of knowledge network, and the analysis of the evolution of knowledge network can help the understanding of knowledge activities in enterprises. Deductive reasoning and theoretical analysis are applied with cases. Based on analyzing the structure and evolution pattern of knowledge network, the influencing factors of knowledge network are studied, such as the structure hole, the unevenness, and the strong or weak connections, etc. The knowledge evolution in network is divided into three cycle phases, namely, the selection, the heredity, and the variation. The path dependence and activities of knowledge network are also analyzed, and the promoting measures are proposed of evolution of knowledge network.
