通过对中央排水机构结构形式的比较,分析其优缺点,特别对波纹管在中央排水系统中的使用、波纹管的应力腐蚀、结构特点和材料,以及对波纹管在原油介质中的应力腐蚀和电化学腐蚀进行详细分析,推断其发展趋势和市场前景,推进技术革新,从而保证设备安全长周期运行,有利于企业减轻后期成本。
Through the comparison of the structure of the central drainage system and an analysis of strengths and weaknesses,especially detailed analysis for the corrugated pipe using in the central drainage system and its stress corrosion,this paper analyzes the structural characteristics and materials of the corrugated pipe,stress corrosion and electrochemical corrosion in crude oil medium.It then infers the development trends and market prospects,thus promotes technological innovation to ensure the safety and long-period safety of equipments,which will hel Pthe enterprises to reduce the final period cost and ensure safety in production.
