胎儿心腔内强回声灶的妊娠结局分析 被引量:2

The relationship analysis between Echogenic intracavitary foci in fetal heart and pregnancy outcomes

摘要 目的评价胎儿心腔内强回声灶(echogenic intracavitary foci,EIF)的临床意义。方法采用规范化产前胎儿超声检查方法,于2007年9月至2009年12月对来宜宾市第二人民医院检查的2537例中、晚期妊娠的胎儿心脏做四腔心切面及左右室流出道切面检查,当胎儿心腔内出现强回声灶被认为异常心腔内强回声灶,并描述具体位置、数量、大小等,记录在案以备追踪复查。结果无合并其他异常的单纯胎儿心腔内强回声灶的出现与胎儿畸形和先天性心脏病无密切关系。但如果是高龄或合并其他标志同时出现,则染色体异常的可能性将增加。结论无合并其他异常的胎儿心腔内强回声灶无临床意义。 Objective To study clinical significance of strong ultrasonic echogenic intracavitary foci in fetal heart.Methods The sections of cardiac quari-chambers and left,right ventricular outflow tracts in 2 537 mature fetus during the second and third of trimesters pregnancy were examined by standardization ultrasonography before delirery from Sep.2007 to Dec.2009.Any strong ultrasonic reflection focus was found and thought to be abnormal that the position,number and size were described in detail and recorded for further examination later.Results Single abnormal cardic chamber strong ultrasonic reflection combined no other abnormal situations were thought to be no relationship with fetal malformation or hereditary heart diseases.However,elderly pregnant woman or the parturients complicated with some abnormal markers could increase the possibility of chromosome abnormalities.Conclusion strong ultrasonic echogenic intracavitary foci in fetal heart with no other abnormal markers is thought to be no clinical significance.
