摘要
概述了做好压力管道元件质量保证体系运转情况的监督检查,对保证产品安全性能的重要性。同时指出了如何了解和判断受检企业是否建立健全了质量保证体系且是否正常运转的方法,并提出了对质量保证体系运转情况进行监督检查的重点内容。通过监督检查,可以有力地促进制造企业质量保证体系的正常运转,使企业对顾客及相关方面的满足程度不断提高;能够实现组织的质量方针和目标;企业内部形成了一个自我完善的机制;质量过程得到了控制,质量损失减少,质量成本逐渐降低。
In this article, it was indicated that the supervision of quality control system for the production of pressure fitting is important to ensure the safety of the products. At the same times, the method to determine whether the examined enterprise has established quality control system was presented, also the important contents in examination and supervision were proposed. Through the supervision and examination, the quality control system in enterprises will be ensured to performance normally, the satisfaction from customers to enterprises will be enhanced, and the quality objective and policy will be realized.
