摘要
利用VC++和iSIGHT构建了一套参数化建模和综合设计优化的平台,实现了基于MDO方法的某电子设备关键结构优化的整个流程。以某型号电子设备的关键结构的散热性能、振动性能和结构轻量化等建立多学科设计优化模型,并考虑各学科之间的耦合效应,采用连续二次规划(SQP)算法,优化求得结构参数全局最优解。
An integrated system for parametric modeling and synthetically optimizing key structure is built,which is based on iSIGHT and VC++,and the whole optimum process is carried out.The MDO model is built with weight lighting,heat dissipating and vibration performance,coupling effect is considered,the SQP algorithm is used and the global optimal solution is gotten at last.
