摘要
本文是关于制备马铃薯Ｙ病毒抗血清及ＥＬＩＳＡ检测技术的实验结果。采用垫层差速离心、蔗糖密度梯度离心提纯ＰＶＹ，纯化的ＰＶＹＯＤ２６０／ＯＤ２８０为１．５６，将提纯的病毒制品免疫家兔，制备抗血清，经微量沉淀及环状沉淀试验，用提纯病毒测定抗血清的效价均为１／２０４８，并对制备的ＰＶＹ—ＩｇＧ作灵敏度及特异性测定。
This paper reported the preparation of antiserum to PVY and
detection of PVY affecting tobacco.PVY was purified by sucrose cushion and further purification of
PVY was conducted by sucrose density gradient centrifugation.Purified PVY had a OD260/OD280
1.56Rabbit was immuned with purified viruses to prepare antiserum.Antiserum produced to
purified virus had a titer of 12048 in microprecipitation and ring precipitation tests.
