摘要 管道完整性数据库中存储的管道数据、沿线环境等空间数据,属于国家强制保密的测绘数据。在利用强制物理隔离的方式来保护数据不受网络黑客、木马等非法手段窃取保密数据的同时,为发挥数据服务于生产管理的使命,让广大基层单位也能共享地理信息带来的便利,需要将保密数据在国家相关法规的指导下进行降密处理。本文阐述了数据保密与生产管理应用数据的矛盾,并按照《公开地图内容表示若干规定》的要求,将坐标精度降到可公开使用的精度,为此提出利用不可逆的坐标降精度技术处理管道完整性数据,以及两套网络之间数据交换的方式。 Spatical data such as pineline data,environmental data stored in the Pipeline database,is belong to the State mandatory confidential survey data.In order to protect data from hackers,Trojans and other illegal means to steal confidential data,the method of physical isolation is applied to production management.At the same time,the confidential data also needs to deal with lower density under the guidance of relevant state laws and regulations in order to play a data service in the production management's mission is also to bring the convenience for the broad grass-roots units to share geographic information.This paper explains the contradiction between data security and production management application,In accordance with the requirement in Public Map,will coordinate the use of precision down to the extent publicly available,for which proposed the use of an irreversible technology about coordinate precision decreased to disposed with Pipeline integrity data and the method of data exchange about two network.
