担子菌转化玉米秸秆生产非常规饲料的研究

摘要 从23种担子菌中筛选玉米秸秆分解能力强的4菌株,并通过二因素随机区组试验对菌株与培养料组合进行研究;通过L9(34)正交试验对菌株的培养料配方进一步优化,并对菌化后饲料的营养成分进行分析。结果表明:S-9菌株为玉米秸秆菌化的最佳菌株;S-9菌株转化玉米秸秆的适宜培养基配方为秸秆100kg、麦麸10kg、玉米粉10kg、石灰1kg、石膏1kg,混合料与水的比例为1:1.3,木屑煮汁加入量为总加水量的5%;玉米秸秆经担子菌菌化后蛋白质提高32.8%,粗纤维降解27.7%,粗脂肪提高25%,含有16种氨基酸及钙、磷等矿物质。 4 strains with higher cornstalk decomposition capability were screened from 23 Basid-iomycetes. Two factor randomized block experiment was conducted to determine the combination of fungi strain and cornstalk medium. And through L9 (34) orthogonal test the cornstalk medium formula was optimized. Nutrient composition of cornstalk conversion feed was analyzed. The results suggested:strain S-9 is the best for cornstalks conversion and its suitable transformation medium is:cornstalk 100 kg,wheat bran 10 kg,corn meal 10 kg,lime 1 kg,gypsum 1 kg,dry material mixture and water ratio is 1:1.3,wood extract broth occupied 5% of water in volume. After conversed by S-9,protein increased 32.8%,crude fiber degraded 27.7% and crude fat increased 25% in cornstalk feed. 16 kinds of amino acid,calcium and phosphorus are also detected in it.
