摘要
提出了基于SVPWM控制和电流调节控制的无位置传感器六相无刷直流电机(BLDCM)的起动控制,不仅能有效控制起动电流大小,而且可以改善BLDCM开环起动性能。设计了基于DSP的无位置传感器六相永磁BLDCM控制系统,充分运用DSP中的两个事件管理器,通过软件编程实现了SVPWM的开环起动控制,通过反电势检测法获取转子位置信号和速度信号。系统设计保证六相电机每套绕组既能独立工作,又能两套绕组同时工作,且具有软、硬件结合逐级递升的多重保护功能。实验结果表明,该控制系统很好地实现了六相BLDCM基于SVPWM和电流调节控制的开环起动,以及基于反电势位置检测的闭环运行。
A novel start-up control of position sensorless 6-phase permanent magnet BLDCM based on SVPWM and electrical current control is proposed,which can effectively control electrical current and improve open loop start-up control performance of BLDCM.The control circuit of position sensorless 6-phase permanent magnet BLDCM based on EVA and EVB of DSP chip is designed,SVPWM control arithmetic is programed,and rotor position and speed signals are obtained by detecting back EMF.The control circuit which can effectively run with only one Y or two Y,has multi-ply protection and double closed loop.The experimental results show that the control system based on SVPWM and electrical current control results in better start-up control performance and can run in closed loop detecting back EMF.
