摘要
采用扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱、热重分析、差示扫描量热分析等手段,研究了香蕉粘胶纤维的形态结构、化学结构、力学性能和热学性能。结果表明:香蕉粘胶纤维纵向形态平直,为带有平直纵条纹的柱体,表面有沟槽和裂缝,表面粗糙;香蕉粘胶纤维和普通粘胶纤维的红外光谱吸收图谱相似;纤维的湿断裂强度仅为干断裂强度的42%;纤维有较高的耐热性能。
The morphological and chemical structures as well as the mechanical and thermal properties of banana viscose fiber were studied by means of SEM, IR, TG and DSC in the paper. The result shows that banana viscose fiber indicates parallel in longitudinal direction and is of a cylinder with straight lines and a rough surface of cracks and grooves. Banana viscose fiber is similar to cellulose fiber in their infrared spectrogram. The wet breaking strength of the fiber is only 42% of its dry breaking strength. The fiber is of relatively high heat resistance.
