摘要
选择含导电丝的纯棉坯布,采用无强碱冷轧堆前处理、还原染料印花、分步分浴阻燃整理和拒水拒油整理,开发了抗静电/阻燃/拒水拒油多功能防护织物,并分析了各生产工艺的技术关键点。结果表明,制备的多功能防护服具有优异的抗静电、阻燃和拒水拒油性能,可以满足多个领域的防护要求。
Flame-retardant,water-and oil-repellent finish of cotton fabric containing conductive fiber were carried out in two bath after alkali-free cold pad-batch pretreatment and vat printing to prepare multifunctional protective fabrics.Key techniques in production were pointed out.Results showed that the product featured excellent anti-static,flameproof,water-and oil-repellent properties,which could meet the protection requirements in different areas.
