摘要
作为资源型缺水城市,天津市同时面临着水资源短缺、水环境恶化、水生态退化等问题。为了应对上述问题,天津市通过政策、规划、管理、工程、技术等手段,在饮用水源地保护、河湖污染治理、节水型社会建设等方面做了大量工作。文中阐述了所有这些正在进行或即将实施的各种措施。
As a city of water shortage from less resources, Tianjin is facing the water related problems such as water resources shortage, water environment deterioration and aquatic ecosystem degeneration at the same time. To deal with these problems, a lot of work are done in the aspects of the drinking water source protection, river and lake pollution control, water-saving society construction in Tianjin through the measures of policy, planning, management, engineering, technology, etc. ; for which all the measures ongoing or to be implemented are introduced herein.
