摘要
温州经济是在温州改革自然形成的制度中产生和发展起来的,走的是"经济在先,规范在后"的路径。温州区域的民间信仰使温州人吸取和传承了传统的自然法思想,体现了自然法与国家法的融合精神。这种法律文化直接影响着温州人的行为,在促进经济发展方面发挥了重大作用,直接结果是促进了温州模式的形成,其理念及意义对我国法制建设的发展具有重要的参考价值。
The economy in Wenzhou develops in the environment of Wenzhou reform with the character of ＂economy first and regulation later＂ approach.The folk beliefs in Wenzhou make people inherit the traditional idea of natural law,which is the integration of natural law and state law.Such law culture affects people＇s behavior and hence plays an important role in the regional economic development with the result of Wenzhou model.The concept and significance is of great value of reference for the law development in China.
