摘要
本文研究了以纸张为原料合成聚氨酯材料的方法,并分析了以滤纸和新闻纸为原料合成的聚氨酯材料的物理特性及其表面形态。研究结果表明:纸张经聚氨酯化处理后,可以使纸张中的纤维之间产生氨基甲酸酯型架桥结构,不仅能提高纸张的物理强度(尤其是湿强度),而且能使其印刷适性得到明显的改善。
The methods of synthesizing polyurethane with paper were investigated.The surface feature and physical characteristics of the polyurethane materials derived from filter paper and newsprint were also analyzed.It was found that carbomate bond was formed between TDI and cellulose in fibers when the paper was treated with TDI.The treatment not only enhanced the papers' physical strength (especially the wet strength and stiffness),but also markedly improved the printability of the papers.
