摘要
目的观察血塞通加丁咯地尔治疗急性脑梗死的疗效与安全性。方法将92例初发性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,治疗组46例,应用血塞通500mg,加入生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,盐酸丁咯地尔100mg加入生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,1次/d,14d一个疗程。对照组46例,应用川芎嗪注射液80mg加入低分子右旋糖酐500ml静脉滴注,1次/d,14d一个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率91.30%,对照组总有效率67.39%,2组间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论血塞通加丁咯地尔治疗急性脑梗死疗效肯定,安全有效。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Xuesaitong and buflomedil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 92 cases of early onset cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases of treatment group,500 mg Xuesaitong,infused with 250 ml normal saline intravenously,hydrochloric buflomedil 100 mg infused with 250 ml normal saline intravenously,once per day,14 d a course.46 cases of control group,80 mg ligustrazine infused with 500 ml low molecular weight dextran intravenously,once per day,14 d a course.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.30%,control group was 67.39%,there were significant differences between 2 groups（P0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,Xuesaitong and Buflomedil are affirmative,safe and effective.
