摘要
目的:研究糖尿病专用肠内营养剂协助妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者饮食控制的效果。方法:GDM分级中A1级患者93例随机分为两组:研究组46例加用糖尿病专用肠内营养剂52 g控制饮食,对照组47例给予单纯饮食控制。测量两组干预前(D0)及干预后第1、7、14天(D1、D7、D14)的空腹及餐后2 h血糖值。结果:研究组与对照组D1、D7、D14空腹血糖无明显差异(P>0.05)。研究组D1、D7、D14的餐后2 h血糖值[分别为(5.59±1.14)mmol/L、(5.62±0.73)mmol/L、(5.43±1.07)mmol/L]均低于D0[(6.34±2.09)mmol/L,P_(D1)=0.035,P_(D7)=0.029,P_(D14)=0.010]。对照组D1、D14的餐后2 h血糖[(5.83±1.09)mmol/L、(6.01±1.24)mmol/L]均低于D0[(6.55±1.37)mmol/L,P_(D1)=0.006,P_(D14)=0.048)]。研究组D1、D7餐后2 h血糖值低于对照组相应时间值,但差异无统计学意义(P_(D1)=0.302,P_(D7)=0.138);而D14的餐后2 h血糖值明显低于对照组相应时间(P_(D14)=0.018)。结论:糖尿病专用肠内营养剂可以有效协助GDM A1级妊娠期糖尿病孕妇进行糖尿病饮食管理。
Objective：To evaluate the role of nutritional supplement for diabetes for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM）. Methods： Ninety-three patients with gestational diabetes mellitus grade A1 were randomly divided into study group and control group. The patients of study group （46 cases） were given nutritional supplement （52 g in breakfast） in addition to dietary therapy, and the control group （47 cases） were only given dietary therapy. The fasting serum blood glucose （FBS） and 2-hour post-prandial blood glucose level （2PBS） of day before intervention （DO）, and 1, 7 and 14 days after intervention （D1, D7, D14） were determined. Results：There was no significant difference in FBS of DO, D1, D7, D14 between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The 2PBS of D1, DT, D14 [（5.59±1.14）mmol/L, （5. 62±0. 73）mmol/L, （5. 43±1.07）mmol/L] were lower than those of D0[（6.34±2. 09）mmol/L] in study group（PD1 =0. 035, PD7 =0. 029, PD14 =0. 010）. The 2PBS of D1 and D141-（5. 83±1.09） mmol/L,（6. 01±1.24）mmol/L] were lower than D0[（6. 55±1.37）mmol/L] in control group （PD1 =0. 006, PD14 = 0. 048）. The 2PBS of D1,D7, D14 in study group were lower than the values at corresponding time points in control group, but the difference was significant only in D14 （PD7 = 0. 302, PD7 = 0. 138, PD14 = 0. 018）. Conclusion： The nutrition supplement can effectively assist the dietary therapy in the women of GDM grade A1.
