摘要
采用计算机matlab软件中的遗传算法程序对15K/min、25K/min、30K/min升温速率下的秸秆热解过程进行模拟分析,重点分析15K/min下的分布活化能理论计算数据和实验数据的拟合问题。其分布活化能标准值为185.43KJ/mol、标准偏差为15.78KJ/mol、指前因子为3.34×108s-1、线性相关系数为0.9983。计算结果表明遗传算法获得的分布活化能模型和实验数据具有较好的相关性.
This paper analyzed the process of biomass pyrolysis with different heating rate in 15 K/min,25 K/min,30 K/min ,especially the pertinence between experiment data and calculated data of distributed activation energy model (DAEM) with 15 K/min.In this model ,the standard value of distributed energy ,the standard deviation ,the frequency factor and the linear correlation coefficient is 185.43 KJ/mol,15.78 KJ/mol,3.34×108 s-1,0.998 3.That results showed the calaculated data obtained with DAEM is fited to expermient data very well.
