摘要
目的探讨患神经症士兵的心理健康状况与人格特征之间的关系。方法采用心理卫生症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist90,SCL-90)、艾森克人格问卷(Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,EPQ)对32名住院患神经症士兵进行了调查。结果患神经症士兵各因子分均高于男军人常模(P<0.05),且主要集中在强迫、焦虑、抑郁因子上。患神经症士兵的EPQ中精神质(P)和神经质(N)维度分高于中国男军人常模(P<0.05),内外向性(E)维度分低于中国男军人常模(P<0.05),掩饰程度(L)维度无显著差异。患神经症士兵EPQ的N分与SCL-90总均分和各因子分呈正相关,P分与SCL-90总均分和人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性呈正相关,E分与人际敏感、抑郁呈负相关,除躯体化、恐怖以外,EPQ的L分与SCL-90总均分及各因子分呈负相关。结论患神经症士兵存在着较多的心理问题,新兵入伍前进行SCL-90、EPQ检查,可有效的减少有严重心理卫生问题或精神病患者带病入伍。
Objective To investigate the relationship of psychological health and personality characteristics in hospitalized soldiers with neurosis. Methods Thirty-two hospitalized soldiers with neurosis were assessed with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ） and Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）. Results The factor scores of SCL-90 in hospitalized soldiers with neurosis were significantly higher than Chinese recruit norm and Chinese armyman norm （P0.05）,mainly in the compulsion,anxiety and depression factors. The EPQ scores of neuroticism （N） and psychoticism （P） were significantly higher,and the EPQ scores of extra-introversion （E） were significantly lower （P0.05） than the Chinese norm. EPQ-N had significantly positive correlation with factor and total scores of SCL-90. EPQ-P was positively correlated with the total score and scores of interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,paranoid ideation and psychoticism of SCL-90. EPQ-E was negatively correlated with the scores of interpersonal sensitivity and depression. EPQ-L was negatively correlated with the total score and factor scores on SCL-90 except for somatization and phobia.Conclusion Soldiers with neurosis have many psychological problems. SCL-90 and EPQ examination in the recruitment can effectively avoid the enlistment of patients with serious psychological problem and psychiatry.
