摘要
目的观察中药联合文拉法辛治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效。方法将82例病人随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用中药联合文拉法辛治疗,对照组采用文拉法辛治疗。在治疗前及治疗第2周、第4周、第8周进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定,用不良反应量表(TESS)评定药物的不良反应。结果研究组总有效率为82.35%,对照组总有效率为60.00%,研究组优于对照组(χ2=3.94,P<0.05)。研究组治疗后HAMD评分、TESS评分与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论中药联合文拉法辛治疗难治性抑郁症比单一用文拉法辛治疗疗效高,起效时间快,不良反应少。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine with venlafaxin for treatment of refractory depression.Methods The patients（pts） with refractory depression were randomly assigned to treatment group treated by traditional Chinese medicine with venlafaxin and control group treated by venlafaxin.The pts were assessed with Hamilton depressive scale（HAMD）before and at the second,fourth and eighth week of treatment.Adverse reaction was assessed by treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS）.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 82.35%,which was superior to the control group（60.00%,P0.05）.After treatment,there was statistical difference in the HAMD score and TESS score between the two groups（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine with venlafaxin was more effective for treatment of refractory depression.
