摘要
目的调查某综合医院眼科住院患者的来源、病种分布及变化趋势,为眼病防治和学科建设提供依据。方法对2000年-2009年7997例眼科住院患者按疾病分类等指标进行统计。结果患者来源越秀区1231例(15.4%),本市外区4798例(60.0%),本省外市1424例(17.8%),外省538例(6.7%),港澳台5例(0.06%),外国1例(0.01%)。其中前5位病种晶状体病3019例(37.8%),屈光不正1107例(13.8%),青光眼827例(10.3%),视网膜病680例(8.5%),眼外伤533例(6.7%);晶状体病和屈光不正住院人数近2年增长很快。结论加强眼病预防,提高诊疗水平,减少和预防晶状体病、屈光不正和眼外伤等的发生。
Objective To investigate the source,diseases distribution and tendency of inpatients in ophthalmology department in a general hospital.Methods Statistical analysis was done on 7997 inpatients in ophthalmology department from 2000 to 2009 according to various eye diseases.Results There were 1231 cases from Yuexiu district（15.4%）,4798 cases from other districts except Yuexiu area in Guangzhou（60.0%）,1424 cases from other cities of Guangdong province exclusive of Guangzhou（17.8）,538 cases from other provinces beyond Guangdong in China（6.7%）,5 cases from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan（0.06%） and 1 case from foreign country（0.01%）.The top five eye diseases in the order were crystalline lens-related diseases（3019,37.8%）,ametropia（1107,13.8%）,glaucoma（827,10.3%）,retina-related diseases（680,8.5%） and eye trauma（533,6.7%）.The number of inpatients with crystalline lens-related diseases and ametropia increased promptly in recent two years.Conclusion The prevention as well as diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases should be improved to prevent and reduce retina-related diseases,ametropia and eye trauma.
