摘要
将末端带OH、COOH、NH2、CH3的巯基化合物自组装于金片表面形成膜,利用表面等离子体共振(SPR)技术实现了牛血清白蛋白(BSA)在金片表面自组装膜上的非特异性吸附研究。以铁氰化钾为探针,利用循环伏安(CV)和电化学阻抗(EI)方法探究了膜在表面的形态。通过测量膜表面对水的静态接触角表征膜的形成及质量。SPR实时监测得到BSA在自组装膜表面的结合强弱顺序为:CH3>NH2>COOH>OH。同时还研究了形成自组装膜物质的链长对其抗非特异性吸附效果的影响。
Based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR) technique, the nonspeeific adsorption of bovine serum albumin(BSA) was studied on gold surfaces modified by self - assembled alkyl thiol monolayers ( SAMs ) with the terminal group of OH, COOH, NH2 and CH3. Using ferricyanide as the probe, cyclic voltammetry( CV ) and electrochemical impedance ( EI ) were intreduced to investigate the formation of SAMs. The measurements of static contact angle of water on SAMs were also used to characterize the quality of SAMs. SPR monitoring revealed binding of BSA to the surfaces decreased in the order : CH3 〉 NH2 〉 COOH 〉 OH. The effect of chain length to ability of nonspecific adsorption resistance has been studied.
