摘要
通过对我国股份公司经营决策权在执行过程中存在问题的分析,提出完善股份公司经营决策权的几点建议。
Through the analysis on the problems existing in implementation of decision-making power in operation of China＇s joint stock companies,this paper puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the decision-making power in operation of joint stock companies.
