摘要
对国内几个市场占有份额量较大的猪瘟弱毒疫苗免疫接种仔猪展开血清抗体水平测定,比较不同生产厂家所生产的疫苗对猪群的两次免疫效果。随机选取30头日龄相同的猪瘟抗原检测为阴性的仔猪,于首次免疫后0、7、14、21、28、35 d和二次免疫后7、14、21、28、35 d采血,每头2 mL,共采血11次,总计330头份仔猪血样,按照IDEXX猪瘟抗体检测阻断ELISA试剂盒的中文操作说明书对待检猪血清进行检测,并分析阴性、阳性及其差异。结果表明,二免之前,5组试验组的抗体水平与对照组(生理盐水组)之间无显著差异(P>0.05);二免之后,5组试验组的抗体水平与对照组(生理盐水组)之间差异显著(P<0.05);5种商品化猪瘟弱毒疫苗免疫效果之间无差异显著(P>0.05)。监测试验表明这5个厂家的疫苗质量合格。
To compare the immune efficacy induced by classical swine fever(CSFV) attenuated vaccines of five different plants,the seral antibodies of pigs vaccinated with CSFV vaccines which have a large proportion in domestic market were detected.30 25-day-old piglets which were negative for the classical swine fever antigen were selected randomly and divided into different groups.The sera were collected at 0 day,7days,14 days,21 days,28 days,and 35 days after the first immunization and at 7days,14days,21days,28days and 35days after the second immunization.There were 330 sera totally.Every serum was tested for CSFV-specific antibodies by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) produced by IDEXX according to the manufacturer's recommendation.The results and the differences between different vaccines were analyzed.The results as follows,after the first immunization,there was no significant difference(P0.05) between the five test groups and the control group(normal saline group).After the second immunization,antibody levels in vaccinated pigs were higher than those in control pigs and there were significant differences(P0.05) between each test and control groups respectively,but there were no significant difference(P0.05) between the five vaccinated groups.Results showed that the quality of five producers′ vaccines was good.
