摘要 猪链球菌是猪重要的致病菌,其种类繁多,鉴定困难。传统分型方法包括兰氏分群法,荚膜抗原分型,溶血性分型及生化分型法等。分子生物学技术的发展给猪链球菌的分型带来新的思路。论文对猪链球菌分子生物学分型方法进行介绍,包括多位点序列分型技术、脉冲场凝胶电泳、扩增片段长度多态性、随机扩增的多态性DNA、限制性片段长度多态性、核糖体分型,PCR-限制性片段长度多态性和测序。 Streptococcus suis is an important pathogen of swine.The typing is difficult becase of many S.suis serotypes.Lancefield method,capsular polysaccharide,haemolyticus,biochemical test and other methods have been used for tying Triditionally.Recently,a new idea has been brought in due to the development of molecular biology technology.This paper gave a review to S.suis genotyping by molecular biology method,including multilocus sequence typing,Pulsed-Field gel electrophoresis,amplified fragment length polymorphism,random amplified polymorphic DNA,restriction fragment length polymorphism,ribotyping,PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism and sequencing.
