凡纳滨对虾抗传染性皮下及造血组织坏死病毒感染的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 对虾传染性皮下及造血组织坏死病毒(IHHNV)可导致凡纳滨对虾罹患慢性矮小残缺综合征,引起对虾的产量降低、经济效益下降,对对虾的养殖业危害严重。本试验通过于第3腹节肌肉注射100μL/g IHHNV的方法对不同家系的对虾攻毒,联合应用PCR和组织病理学检测并鉴定病毒。结果发现14个家系的对虾未感染IHHNV的比率79.3%~96.7%;联合两种方法可快速、灵敏、特异地检测出对虾感染IHHNV的状况。试验结果为对虾流行病调查、健康养殖及无特定病原(SPF)种群选育提供了有效的检测手段。 Infectious hypodermal and hematopoietic necrosis virus(IHHNV) can cause runt-deformity syndrome(RDS) in populations of L.vannamei.IHHNV cause the yield and benefit decrease.The shrimp farming industry were threaten tremendously.So shrimp health problem causes people's attention.The shrimp of different family was injected intramuscularly into the third abdominal segment with 100 μL/g IHHNV.PCR and HE staining were all utilized to detect and identify IHHNV.The results showed that the infective rates of 14 shrimp families were 79.3%-96.7%,PCR and HE staining can rapidly,sensitively,specifically detect and identify the infective status of shrimp to IHHNV.The result could provide effective detection ways to epidemiological survey,healthy cultivation and SPF population selection and breeding.
