摘要
从建筑工程设计的影响因素入手,针对建筑工程设计管理方法进行了探讨,分别阐述了设计人员的素质、制度、技术交底等环节的管理措施,并提出应避免建设工程设计人员边缘化,以指导实践,从而对建筑工程设计进行有效控制。
From the influential factors of the design for the architectural projects, the paper explores the management methods for the design of the architectural projects, illustrates the management measures, including the quality of the design personnel, the system and the technical disclosure, and points out the marginization of the design personnel for the project be avoided, so as to direct the practice and have the effective control over the architectural project design.
